Welcome to the Online Learning Student Readiness Assessment (OLSRA) provided by Online & Extended Programs (OXP). The purpose of the OLSRA is to self-assess your current readiness to take an online/hybrid course. Based on your answers, you will be provided specific feedback and resources to learn more about the areas you may wish to improve upon before taking an online/hybrid course. The more honestly you answer the questions, the more accurate your results will be. 
 
This data is saved on our Qualtrics server and will be completely anonymous in our database. Emails are removed from your responses and are only used to email your results and recommendations for your records. 
 
Please note that all questions are required, with the exception of three. These three questions, marked as optional, are not relevant to your personal outcome; however, we would like to share our general findings with the online teaching and learning community. Please consider helping us with our research by answering these questions.
