CoSE Academic Suspension Appeal

This form is for students who would like to appeal their academic suspension.

If you wish to appeal your suspension, you will need to call 512-245-2119 as soon as possible to schedule an appointment with the Associate Dean. Appointments will take place via Zoom. Be sure to submit this form prior to your appointment with the Associate Dean.

PLEASE NOTE: Students who have been away from Texas State for one long semester or more and wish to return are considered former students. All former students must reapply in order to return to Texas State. More information may be found on the Undergraduate Admissions website.

Please attach supporting documentation below. Possible documentation might include: a hospital bill, an obituary, a divorce decree, a medical diagnosis, a disability diagnosis, a work record, a police report, court records, a transcript of successful work from community college, etc.
